Meet Our Team

Tony is a founding member of A-Z Solutions, Inc. He has over 20 years of leadership experience in the design and installation of radon and vapor intrusion mitigation systems, totaling approximately 10,000 combined commercial and residential properties. As our VP of Operations and Senior Project Manager, Tony personally inspects all SSD system installations to ensure every component meets our rigorous quality and safety standards. His personal involvement in the design of every system is key to the success of A-Z. Tony is a graduate of Mount Union University in Alliance Ohio and currently sits on the American Association of Radon Scientist and Technologist (AARST) national board of directors.

Jim is a founding member of A-Z Solutions, Inc. He has over 20 years of experience testing and installing radon and vapor intrusion mitigation systems. As a project manager, Jim ensures successful project delivery through disciplined project management processes and close collaboration with business partners and site managers. He was chosen to work with the Ohio EPA on a pilot program to utilize SUB SLAB DEPRESSURIZATION or SSD technology for the successful removal of VOC vapors. He provides key and pivotal management to our client projects.

Jessica joined A-Z Solutions, Inc. in 2011 as the Sales & Marketing Manager. A seasoned professional, she has acquired over 10 years of experience in the sales and marketing arena. In her current position, Jessica is responsible for overseeing the web site design, social media content and media relations. In addition, Jessica is well versed on the rules and regulations of the HUD Multi-family Policies. She takes time to educate our clients and make sure their project is HUD compliant. Jessica is a graduate of Kent State University in Kent Ohio. She sits on the OARP Board where she continues to strengthen the industry standards and raise radon awareness with the public.

Kathy is a founding member of A-Z Solutions, Inc. She has over 10 years of experience in financial analysis and forecasting. She serves as the company’s lead financial manager and is responsible for the fiscal health of the company. Kathy works closely with all departments to ensure compliance with the company’s overall profitability goals. She is the point of contact for all human resource, Information Technology (IT), and facility matters. In addition, she serves as the project contract administrator.

Ken brings with him 37 years of leadership experience and vast knowledge of the construction industry. His attention to detail and mechanical skills have enabled him to hit the ground running since his hire date in 2012. As site manager, Ken manages the daily onsite job duties of the company employees. He specializes in multi-family radon mitigation and ensures that every project stays on track, ensuring HUD compliance. His experience and systematic approach to system installation challenges, has contributed to A-Z’s reputation as an industry leader.
